When does registration open for Fall Family Weekend? Registration for Niner Nation Family Association (NNFA) members will begin on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. General registration will open on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
When does registration for Fall Family Weekend close? Registration will close for everyone on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Can I register over the phone? Unfortunately, you are unable to register over the phone. Registration is required online through your 49er Family Hub account.
What is the refund policy? Should you be unable to attend an event, you can request a refund for your registration by Friday, September 6 at 5:00 p.m. EST, in writing to family@charlotte.edu.
Are the football tickets included in my registration? No, football tickets are not included in your registration. However, the Family & Supporter Engagement team works with Charlotte Athletics to provide an opportunity to purchase football tickets if you and your family would like to attend the game.
How do I purchase my football tickets? A link to purchase your football tickets will be provided during your Fall Family Weekend registration process on the 49er Family Hub.
Do I have to purchase tickets when I register for Fall Family Weekend? No, you are not required to purchase tickets to the football game. There are many local events that you can also attend during Family Weekend. Feel free to check out other events and activities happening in the Charlotte area!
What can guests bring to the football stadium? To see what guests can bring to the football/baseball stadiums, visit the Charlotte 49ers website and scroll to Game Day Information.
Will our football tickets be available for pick-up during check-in? No. Football tickets purchased will be distributed electronically. Digital tickets can be accessed via the link sent to your email or by downloading the Charlotte 49ers mobile app. For more information on mobile tickets, please visit the Charlotte 49ers website.
Any recommendations on where to stay when we visit campus? The UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center is excited to welcome 49er family and student supporters during Fall Family Weekend! Located on UNC Charlotte’s campus, the hotel is a good fit for overnight accommodations and as a central gathering place. Visit them at www.unccharlottemarriott.com or call 704-978-8000 for overnight accommodations.
Where should I park during Fall Family Weekend? Detailed parking information will be sent out after registration closes to the primary registrant's email. Information regarding parking for game day can be found on the Charlotte 49ers website. Please plan accordingly.
